Support each other with empathy. Disagreement is fine; disrespect is not.
No Therapy Claims
Don't offer clinical diagnosis or tell others what they "must" do medically.
No Crisis Dumping
Keep the conversation focused on growth and advice, not active trauma processing.

What Happens If You Break the Rules
