Nature of Service – Not Therapy
The ConfidentSHE Collective (the 'Collective') provides educational content, peer support, and general life advice. Our services, including 'The Edit' and 'Ask,' are NOT a substitute for professional mental health therapy, clinical treatment, or medical advice. No therapist-patient relationship is formed by your use of this platform.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription or digital products. Individuals between 13 and 17 may use free community features only with the explicit consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Account Registration & Subscriptions
Access to certain features requires account registration. We offer three tiers: Free, Confident, and Confident+. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and will automatically renew unless canceled. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

User Conduct & Prohibited Uses
- No 'crisis dumping' or posting content that implies immediate danger to self or others.
- No harassment, hate speech, or bullying of other members.
- No sharing of clinical medical advice or pretending to be a licensed professional.
- No commercial solicitation or unauthorized advertising.

Submitting Questions & Advice
When you submit a question to 'Ask,' you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to anonymize and publish your question and our response for the benefit of the community.

Live Streaming & Recordings
Our 'Live' sessions may be recorded for future use in 'The Vault.' By participating in live video or audio sessions, you consent to being recorded unless otherwise specified.

Digital Products & Store
All sales of digital products (guides, workshops, downloads) from The Shop are final. No refunds will be issued for digital assets once they have been accessed or downloaded.

Community Features
Community boards are moderated. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our Safety Guidelines or these Terms at our sole discretion.

Intellectual Property
All content on this platform, including text, graphics, logos, and recorded sessions, is the property of The ConfidentSHE Collective and protected by copyright law.

Payments & Third-Party Processors
Payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS OR OUTCOMES FROM FOLLOWING THE ADVICE PROVIDED.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The ConfidentSHE Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The ConfidentSHE Collective and its staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms.

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Collective immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Collective is headquartered. Any disputes shall be resolved through individual binding arbitration, and you waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
